Banks to remain closed 2nd and 4th Saturdays - From 1 September

August 21, 2015    

Central government accepted long ending demand of PSU Bank employees. PSU banks will remain closed on second and forth Saturday of every month.
This decision will be implemented from 1 September 2015.
At present PSU banks works half day on Saturday.
