Dear Readers,
State Bank of India has finally released the notification to recruit Probationary Officers this year. The no. of vacancies is 2000 which is good for all banking aspirants. Those who could not make it last year can try for SBI PO 2019 as this is a golden opportunity to start your career in one of the most reputed banks in India. And a plus point of this year's recruitment is that there is no change in the exam pattern of SBI PO 2019 recruitment.
But one question troubles all; Is there sectional cut off in SBI 2019 Exam?
SBI is known to be the trendsetter exam in banking sector recruitment. Since 2016 SBI has introduced many changes in the banking sector recruitment exam and those changes have been taken up in almost every other bank exam- IBPS, recruitment via Manipal PGDBF, RRBs etc.
The answer to this question is: NO!! THERE IS NO SECTION CUT OFF in SBI PO Prelims and Main Examinations 2019.
It has been clearly mentioned in the Official Notification by SBI, that there will be no section cut-off in Prelims and Main Tests. After Main exam, the category-wise merit list will be drawn on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the Main Exam (no sectional cut-off). Reference Section 4. Selection Procedure on Page 2 of the Official Notification.
Start your preparation for SBI 2019 from today onwards...as the competition is cut throat and you must try to grab every opportunity you can. For other details about exam pattern, eligibility criteria, online application visit the following link to read FAQs and to Apply Online.
