I am Kota Neelima from Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. I completed my Graduation in BTech in ECE in 2015. I am very happy to share with you that I have been selected as OFFICE ASSISTANT (Clerk) for ANDHRA BANK IN RESERVE LIST AND ALSO FOR INDIAN BANK CLERK.
I started my coaching IN VISAKHAPATNAM IN 2015. from IBPS PO (2015) to IBPS clerk (2017-18) I have given total 21 bank exams in 2015. I cleared all the prelims but failed in mains with the large margin(10-20 marks).then I realized that I'm lagging in GA(always less than 8 marks) section.through my friends, I came to know about Bankersadda.
from 2016, I prepared to give BA quizzes, GA capsules which increases my confidence.again I am out in all mains with less than 0.5 margin. ibps clerk is in reserve list with 0.22 margin.then I came to know about the smart work through BA success stories.
I prepared to work smart.in this year I faced interview also.ibps PO out with 1.2 marks in final list and RRB PO out with 0.9 marks in final list.during RRB PO interview I lost my 5 months old baby(carrying). but still, I did not lose hope.finally selected as a clerk in both ANDHRA BANK and INDIAN BANK.
according to me, smart work is the selection of questions, speed, and accuracy.have a grip on basics, do more quizzes.all d best to all the aspirants, next year will be yours.
