ISRO Assistant & UDC and Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2017 | Which is Better

Dear Students, Many of you are preparing for SSC CGL Tier-2 2017 and apart from CGL exam, there are many other  Govt. Job opportunities as your career choice. Recently, two important and prestigious govt. departments have issued vacancies. Indian Space Research Organisation [ISRO] of the Department of Space [DOS] has released the recruitment notification for the posts of Assistants (administrative support staff)and Upper Division Clerks. The written test will be conducted on 15th October 2017 [Sunday] at nine venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram. Intelligence Bureau (Ministry of Home Affairs) has released 1430 vacancies for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II. The Date of Tier-I Exam is 15th October 2017 [Sunday].

So, Dear candidates as you can see these two exams are going to be held on the same date, that is, 15th October 2017 [Sunday]. Now it is very unfortunate that these two exams are going to be held on the same day. First of all Govt. jobs are rare and even if some opportunities are presented to the aspirants, then such tragic moments come when you have to decide which one to choose. In ISRO, The vacancies has been published for Assistants (administrative support staff)and Upper Division Clerks. Pay Scale: Minimum basic pay of Rs.25,500/- p.m. In addition, House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting will be paid for those who are not availing Departmental Housing and Transport facility, respectively. The employees will be governed by the National Pension System.

There will be 2 parts in which Part 'A' contains objective type questions and Part 'B' is descriptive in nature.

In Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2017, Intelligence Bureau (Ministry of Home Affairs) has released 1430 vacancies for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II. Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300 – Rs. 34, 800/– + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.(PB-2) [under revision as per recommendation of 7th C.P.C.]
