Recently, we announced here that Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has signed a MOU with Career Power (a unit of Adda247) to provide Free Coaching to financially weak SC and OBC candidates. We received mails and phone calls from hundreds of our readers that why it is being given to only SC and OBC students? Why not other categories.

So, first of all, we would like to clarify that this is a government scheme and free coaching is being provided by the ministry and not Career Power. It is just that, on the basis of quality and past success rate in government exams, the ministry chose Career Power as a implementation agency for the scheme.
Secondly, on the basis of feedback and requests received from many readers, it has been decided by the Board of Adda 247, that Career will be providing Free Coaching to an additional equal number of students, as provided under government scheme. For example, if government assigns 1,000 students to Career Power to provide Free Coaching to SC or OBC candidates, Career Power will provide Free Coaching to additional 1,000 candidates to financial weak candidates irrespective of category.
But these candidates will be strictly selected on the basis of financial & educational background of the student. The funds for this will be allocated from our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) budget of Adda247 Group. We will shortly announce the process for the Free Coaching (All categories).
