Important Topics for BOB Group Discussion

November 4, 2016

Dear Readers,
Participation in a systematic way on a particular topic is expected in a GD. We all have experienced group discussions right from childhood. Remembering the discussion on the dining table with the family members and relatives. Remember a GD is a discussion not a debate. A debate is a perfect situation for expressing intense emotions. A GD however calls for a lot more maturity and logic.

Points to be kept in mind-

- Be focused on topic only and always keep/ try to keep discussion on track
- No personal attack
- Conclusion on time
- Be a good listener
- Be very polite, people may try to provoke you but try to keep cool.
- Put points firmly and always try to get others support too.
- Listen  to group discussion on news channels.
- Try to end with a conclusion note.
