- Excuse - a reason that you give to explain why you did something wrong
- Provocation - action or speech that makes someone angry
- Underlying - used to describe something on which something else is based
- Unrest - a state of dissatisfaction / disturbance
- Emerges - to appear by coming out of something or out from behind something
- Trigger - an event or situation, etc. that causes something bad to start
- Outrage - an extremely strong reaction of anger
- Protest - an action expressing disapproval of or objection to something
- Molestation - to touch or attack someone in a sexual way
- Stationed - to assign to a specified place for a particular purpose, especially a military one
- Contested - to participate in a competition to get something
- Distrust - the feeling of not trusting someone or something
- Dismantling - to get rid of something, usually over a period of time
- Normalcy - the condition of being normal
- Precisely - exactly
- Resentment - to feel angry because you have been forced to accept someone or something that you do not like
- Factual - using or consisting of facts
- Assault - to make a physical attack

- Congestion - to become too blocked or crowded and causing traffic jams
- Clamp down on something - to take strong action to stop or limit a harmful or unwanted activity
- Counterproductive - having the opposite of the desired (estimated) effect
- Arbitrary - based on chance rather than being planned or based on reason
- Unscrupulous - having or showing no moral principles (not honest or fair)
- Transit - the carrying of people or things from one place to another
- Inadequate - insufficient for a purpose
- Determines - cause (something) to occur in a particular way or to have a particular nature
- Outdoes - to do something better than someone else

- Allaying - relieving pain / fear
