Today, our country is celebrating 67th Republic Day.

  • As we know India celebrated its first Republic Day on January 26, 1950 three years after we got independence.
  • The first Republic Day parade at Rajpath was held in 1955.
  • Do you know, India's Constitution is the longest in the world? It has a total of 448 articles. It is written in English and Hindi.
  • It took 2 years, 11 months and 18 days to draft the Indian Consitution.
