We know you all are working hard day and night burning midnight oil towards your dreams. So, we have decided to give you some "Boost" while you burn your midnight oil. This "Boost" is mainly an inspirational quote, motivational story or an article which will helps you get ready for tomorrow morning again to give a fresh start with a energy boost.
BA'ians, all of you are over with the IBPS PO Prelims and must be thinking about it that "What will happen next", "what will be the results" and "We should start preparing for Mains or not" etc. But these things right now does not matter, what matter is that you have given your best and you should keep on moving ahead with your preparation for IBPS PO Mains, but yes of course you need a "Peace of Mind" for that.

Our minds are pre-occupied with the wiles of the world. Restless, the mind keeps on thinking about the past, present, future, the 'what-ifs' and 'what if-nots'. Brooding too much on 'what if-not' can lead to anxiety. This keeps our hearts and minds working a bit harder as a result of which we feel tired too soon.
Working hard, day and night for our goal, we too find ourselves in this state of mind at times. You know what, the only need right now is 'Peace of Mind" and that will come when we indulge ourselves in some unusual activities for some time or even for a day. These unusual activities are nothing but something in which we will happy and relaxed like our hobbies, something out of our daily routine and something which we usually don't do. Those minutes or one day will give a feeling of completeness.
After indulging ourselves in such activities, we will realize that an entire day has passed without a headache; the situations and circumstances were all the same but we were not brooding. We will definitely feel lighter and relaxed which for sure will make us much stronger and energetic to move ahead towards our goal, back to our daily routine.

Its important to let this restless mind take some rest. As this is when our mind goes back to our natural state, which is joyous, relaxed and lively. Spending time with your family and friends, doing a physical activity, helping someone in need, or simply not letting the clock govern your day are some very simple steps that can let our restlessness take rest.
