Good news AP guys, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to release the much awaited calendar for APPSC Exams for the year 2020 tomorrow. There will be around 5300 posts in total for Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC). Among them 93 are of Group I, 814 posts are for Group 2, 339 are for Group III cadre and 639 are Group 4 posts. 2608 posts are dedicated to remaining vacancies in APPSC.
The chief minister during his election campaign has promissed to release an yearly calendar for APPSC recruitment exams. The APPSC calendar 2020 was supposed to release on 1st January 2020. But due to technical issues, it has been delayed. 3 days ago Neelam Sahni, the 1st 1st Woman Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh has conducted a review meeting and announced there are around 24000 job vacancies in various cadres of AP government. As a result of this meeting CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to release the APPSC Calendar 2020 tomorrow.
Earlier the AP Government has recruited around 1 lakh people for various posts as Secretaries / Volunteers in Grama and Ward Secretariats (Sachivalayams).
