"Which book to follow for IBPS SO Marketing exam ?"

I have got this question from hundreds of my blog readers.

So today I have decided to answer this question. I am going to recommend the best books for IBPS SO Marketing exam.

Books for Preliminary exam

Quantitative Aptitude - Quantitative Aptitude by Sarvesh K Verma

Reasoning ability - Online resources, practice questions from a variety of websites.

English - Reading English newspaper every day is sufficient

Regular practice is really important for the Preliminary exam. Take at least 10 full-length mock tests and solve at least 30 questions for each chapter of all the subjects.

Books for Mains exam

Mains exam is neglected by many students. Trust me it is difficult to complete your Mains exam preparation within 20 days.

Last year there were questions from Marketing management, Financial awareness and Human Resource Management.

Although I refer dozens of books to make my study material but personally I follow the following books :

Note: I am strongly against "IBPS SO Marketing All in one books" available online. These books are not relevant to the exam.

Principles of Marketing by Philip Kotler, Gary Armstrong and Prafulla Agnihotri

Financial Awareness

Every month, we release a FREE Banking Awareness digest, it's really important for the exam.

Last year, there were Financial Mangement questions as well. Topics like Cost of Capital, Capital Budgeting, Capital structure, Financial Statement analysis are really important.

Financial Mangement by MY Khan and PK Jain

I don't really want to recommend such a bulky book for 2-3 questions but that's the only good book which relevant for the IBPS SO Marketing Mains exam.
