A candidate has to follow the age criteria, He should be eligible to appear for the exam. to be submitted at the time of the interview. The date of passing the eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the mark-sheet or provisional certificate issued by University / Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University / Institute and the web-based certificate is issued then proper document/certificate in original issued and signed by the appropriate authority of the University / Institute indicating the date of passing properly mentioned thereon will be reckoned for verification and further process."

Yes, you can apply as there is no percentage criterion. You just need to be a graduate.
6. I am 20 years old, can I appear for this exam?
Yes, you can appear for the exam. You must be at least 20 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on 01.08.2019.

The start and end dates of online registration dates are tentative. Once the registration start, you will be able to apply for the post of IBPS PO 2019. 11. What is the EWS category?
Few benefits have been given to the economically weaker section of the society apart from the reserved category. The government has approved a 10% reservation for the EWS category candidates. One has to produce the certificate of the same to be eligible for the EWS category. Kindly refer to the official notification for the guidelines given by the government.
