Three C's of an interview are as follows:
  • Confidence
  • Communication
  • Core values

Now the question arises here, how can we relate the 3C's of the interview with this round


Confidence: This is the key factor of the interview round. If you are going to appear for it, remember your confidence can help you fetch extra marks. Be very confident while talking and answering to the interviewer. It should look very real. Do not try to be someone else. Be yourself. It is the time when you can win the faith of the interviewer that you are capable enough and the right person to be hired.

Communication: Another important factor that will help you sail through this round is Communication. Do not sit quietly in front of the interviewer. Try to engage with them. Communicate why you want to join this organization. And why should they hire you? Communication will help them to analyze you, and your capabilities.

Core values: Core values include work ethics, your compatibility with the organization and how proactive you are. Prepare yourself for every challenge that you may face at the time of the interview, this round will decide your selection for your dream job.
