Letter writing is an important way of communication when it comes to official processing. So the banking sector aspirants have to be precise in the format, the language of the letter for both formal and informal letters should be kept in mind while writing for the banking and insurance examination. And so that you are aware of your perfection in the writing letter section, Adda247 is contesting a letter-writing competition where you can formulate your thoughts, information, and ideas with precision and that too in the word limit.

Adda247 is organizing a Letter writing competition for all the aspirants on 6th July. The contest will start from 10 AM and participants can submit their letter before 10 PM on 6th July. This is a great opportunity for the aspirants to show their writing skills, thoughts, ideas, and to assess their preparation for the Descriptive Writing exams.  The topics of the letter-writing are based on current issues or related to banking/ Economics. The letter should be up to 150 words and should not exceed the limit.

Write any one letter by choosing among the following in 150 words:

  • Write a letter to the editor heightening water crisis and the importance of water.
  • Write a letter to your branch manager inquiring about the opening of the NRI account.
  • As a branch manager, write a letter to the Superintendent of Police for frequent patrolling at night to tackle with ATM theft. 
  • Letter to your sister informing her about your recent experience of travelling abroad.
  • Your friend/sibling congratulating him/her on their selection in SBI as a Probationary Officer.

Rules-
1. Students have to choose 1 topic out of 4 Topics.
2. Word Limit should be 150 words.
3. Submit the letter by 10 PM (6th July) at contest@adda247.com.
4. Keep the subject line (Your Name: Letter Topic)
5. All entries will be checked for plagiarism. Plagiarized articles will be rejected.


Selection procedure-
Our selection process checks for the fresh ideas, word limits, relevance to topics, Language, Structure, Creativity, Communication of idea letter should be free from spelling mistakes and grammatical mistakes. All entries will be checked for plagiarism. Plagiarized articles will be rejected.
