Customer Support: Full-Time
(Job Location: Noida Only)
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years
- General Shift Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
- All Sundays and alternate Saturdays are off.
Requirements:
- Good in handling the customer queries via call/ mail.
- Handle customer support on calls for resolving queries.
- Handling Customer Complaints & provide appropriate solutions
- Focus on Customer Retention.
