Customer Support: Full-Time

(Job Location: Noida Only)

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years
• General Shift Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
• All Sundays and alternate Saturdays are off.

Requirements:

• Good in handling the customer queries via call/ mail.
• Handle customer support on calls for resolving queries.
• Handling Customer Complaints & provide appropriate solutions
• Focus on Customer Retention.
