Dear Students, the public sector of India gives enormous opportunities to the youngsters of the country and here comes a new notification by Uttarakhand  District Co-operative Banks for the recruitment of Group-3 (Clerk-cum-Cashier), Group-2 (Junior Branch Manager), Group-1 (Senior Branch Manager) and Deputy General Manager. The total number of vacancies for the posts is 442. As the notification comes afresh, you all must be puzzling over a few questions regarding it. So, here is the list of most frequently asked questions regarding this notification:

☛ What are the posts available under this recruitment project?

A total of 4 posts are available under this recruitment project:

1. Group-3 (Clerk-cum-Cashier)
2. Group-2 (Junior Branch Manager)
3. Group-1 (Senior Branch Manager)
4. Deputy General Manager


☛ When will the registration start?
Registration will start from 23rd of February 2019 and will end on 20th March 2019.
☛ How many vacancies are there?
This year CWC has released a total of 442 for recruitment under various posts. Following is the bifurcation of these vacancies among the 4 different posts:

Note: 
1- Candidates have to qualify in each of the six tests by securing minimum cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for final selection and subsequent verification.
2- In case of Deputy General Manager candidates have to qualify in each of the six test by securing minimum cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for interview. 

☛ Will there be an interview after the written examination?
In case of Deputy General Manager depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview and also for the final merit list. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for selection/interview.

☛ What is the age criteria to apply in this common written exam?

Age (As on 01.01.2019):
Minimum: 21 years Maximum: 42 years
i.e., A candidate must have been born not earlier than 01.01.1977 and not later than 01.01.1998 (both dates inclusive)
☛ What is the educational qualification required for various posts in this recruitment process?

(a) Clerk cum cashier, Junior Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager:
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government having six month certificate of computer
certificate from the institute registered by the state or the central government.

(b) Deputy General Manager :
(i) A Post Graduate Degree in any discipline or Graduate Degree with Economics/Commerce as one of the subject from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government having one year diploma in computer from the institute duly registered by the state or the central government.
(ii) Preference will be given to candidates having degree in Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or Law from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

☛ What is the Application Fee?

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges Payable from (23-02-2019) to (20-03-2019) (Online payment), both dates inclusive, shall be as follows –
- Rs. 750/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
- Rs. 1000/- for all others

☛ Is the exam Bilingual?
The tests except for the Test of Languages will be bilingual (in English and Hindi).
☛ Is there a sectional cut-off in the exam?
Candidates have to qualify in each of the six tests by securing minimum cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for final selection and subsequent verification.
