“Raise your words, not voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder.”

The rain is representative of what you can say to someone, and the thunder represents someone yelling. This quote is directed at those who believe that raising their voice will win them an argument... when in reality, it doesn't at all. You can easily out-yell someone and be saying the most retarded thing ever, and drown out the logical argument of the person who has kept their cool... but in the end, the person with the logic will undoubtedly win.
