Can't Bring Your Practice To Fruition? | Here Is The Key To Crack A Competitive Exam

November 30, 2018

Dear Students, with the banking examinations of grave significance closing in on you, the season of exams puts on you the onerous task of endeavoring to achieve your career goals without procrastinating anymore. We all do that everytime the exams are near. Isn't it? But then, some people bring it to fruition while others don’t. Why? Everyone who is reading this will get in tune with this question. Students, what plays an important role in one's stellar performance in any competitive examination is round-the-clock practice accompanied by a pinch of sincerity and determination. Here are the important points to be remembered to bring your practice to fruition:

Test:
  • Some have the habit of taking speed tests only when the exams are near and they quit it as soon as a particular exam is over. An effective way to bring it to fruition is to practice regularly with speed tests.
  • Never pause and restart a test while attempting it. Always take it as seriously as any real exam if you really want to succeed.
  • Never skip a question assuming it will not appear in the real exam. Every question is put into the paper for a reason and it is equally important as any other question.

Analyze:
  • Analyze your strengths and weaknesses so you can work on your weaknesses and utilize your strengths during the real examination.
  • Mark the questions you spent the maximum time on. Try minimizing the time spent on solving them so you are able to attempt maximum number of questions in a minimum time.
  • Do not just check the questions you attempted wrong or skipped but also the questions you attempted right. You might learn new methods of solving them in a lesser amount of time.
  • The difficulty level of questions too is mentioned against them. Make sure you do not skip easy questions while taking the test.
  • Do not just check the solutions but also solve the questions.
  • Never skip the analysis.

Improve:
  • Work on your weaknesses until they become your strengths.
  • After analyzing the solutions, pick up the best methods that help you solve a particular question in the minimum time.
  • Make sure that you are able to attempt the questions you skipped or attempted wrong previously.
  • Practice the questions sufficiently enough to minimize the time spent on them in your next attempt.

In a nutshell, an efficient practice is a requisite for a wonderful performance in the competitive exams. Adda247 is always there to tide you over with its latest pattern practice mocks that you will find nowhere else. So students, practice hard, compromise it for nothing and make the grades in the upcoming examinations in your first attempt. All the best!!
