Honoring the best National and Foreign Films released in the year 2017, the 71st British Academy Film Awards (famously known as BAFTAS), were held today at Royal Albert Hall, London. The ceremony was hosted by English actress, author and activist Joanna Lumley. These awards were presented by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA). Many celebrities who attended the ceremony wore black badge to show their support to the Time's Up Movement (against Sexual harassment). The drama film 'Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri' written, produced, and directed by Martin McDonaghhas has won the Best Film Award. Gary Oldmanhas won the Best Actor award for his portrayal as Winston Churchill in the movie Darkest Hour.
