SSC MTS Descriptive Paper:

A government job is appreciated by every sincere and ambitious citizen of our country. And SSC releases its notifications every year for thousands of posts to fulfill the dream of aspirants. The determined and successful candidates prove the saying true that only hard work is the key to success. Speaking of SSC, MTS tier 1 answer key was released on 20 November 2017. Many candidates will be having a rough idea of being on a safe side or not until now as we have already provided a post on expected cutoff for various regions and categories.

Now the question arises how to prepare for MTS Tier 2 Descriptive Exam which is to be held on 28 January, 2018. Most of the aspirants are not into writing or lack in writing skills and hence their frolicsome attitude starts getting obscured. The vehemence to face an exam must be stiff enough to bring out your best performance so far. Descriptive Exam of SSC MTS asks candidates to write either an essay of 250 word limits or a letter of 150 word limits where you will have the choice of language preference of writing whether in English or the language mentioned in 8th Schedule of our Constitution.

Some Important points to be remember:-

  • It is to be informed on here that four boxes in a single row will be provided in the answer sheet.
  • Every single word in each box will be counted either it’s “A”, “The” or else. So don’t be oblivion regarding the word limits however +/- 15% word limits can be crossed.
  • Try to be clear in your words and let the sheet be neat and tidy.
  • Avoid repetition of similar words and escape from writing false information based on a particular scheme or scenario.
  • You just have to be precise in your writing.
  • To have a better idea of writing and fluency, develop a habit of reading newspapers. Doing so you will sharpen your ability to make the right usage of words and grammatical structures.

In these remaining days, develop a habit of writing by your own. Check your mistakes and note the time taken by you.
