- Unwavering - strong and steady despite opposition or other problems
- Caution - careful thought and lack of hurry in order to try to avoid risks or danger
- Reflect - to show, express, or be a sign of something
- Inflation - an economic process in which prices increase so that money becomes less valuable
- Calculus - an area of advanced mathematics in which continuously changing values are studied
- Mandate - an official order to do something
- Consensus - agreement among all the people involved
- Amend - to make changes to a document, law, agreement etc, especially in order to improve it
- Precondition - something that must happen or be done before something else can happen
- Sustainable - capable of continuing for a long time at the same level
- Rationale - the set of reasons that something such as a plan or belief is based on
- Firm up - to make something more certain or less likely to change
- Bimonthly - happening or appearing every two months or twice a month
- Spell out - to say or explain something very clearly because someone has not understood something
- Moderation - a reduction in the amount or strength of something
- Excluding - used for saying that you are not including someone or something in what you are saying
- Volatile - a volatile situation can suddenly change or become more dangerous
- Staggered - very surprised and shocked
- Impact - an effect, or an influence
- Ripple - an emotion that spreads gradually through a person or a group of people
- Taking something into account - to consider or remember something when judging a situation
- Respite - a useful delay before something unpleasant happens
- Wide-ranging - dealing with a large variety of subjects
- Projection - a calculation of the way that something will change and develop in the future, especially of how fast it will grow or become smaller
- Accelerate - to happen or make something happen at a faster rate
- Prospect - the possibility that something will happen
- Shortfall - a lack of something that you need or want, or the amount that you lack
- Notwithstanding - despite something
- Recapitalise - to put new money into a business, or to change the way that money and property in the business is organized
- Potential - someone's or something's ability to develop, achieve, or succeed
- Revive - to make someone / something become conscious or alive again
- Posit - to say that something is true or that something should be accepted as true
- Uptick - a small increase
- Circumspection - thinking carefully about something before you say or do it
- Waiver - an agreement that you do not have to pay or obey something
- Slippage - a situation in which something is delayed or not achieved when it should be
- Credo - a statement of your beliefs
- Hopping - very busy
- Drift - a general development or change in a situation
- Push for - to try hard to get or achieve something
- Maritime - involving ships or the business of moving people and goods in ships
- Naval - relating to or belonging to a country’s navy
- Ramp up - a large increase in activity or in the level of somethig
- Negotiate - to try to reach an agreement by discussing something in a formal way, especially in a business or political situation
- Ratify - to make an agreement official by signing it or formally accepting it
- Reportedly - used for showing that you are not certain that something you are reporting is true
- Displeasure - the feeling of being annoyed or unhappy
- Rapid - happening, moving, or acting quickly
- Massive - very large or heavy
- Infrastructure - the set of systems within a place or organization that affect how well it operates, for example the telephone and transport systems in a country
- Reclamation - the attempt to make land suitable for building or farming
- Haste - great speed in doing something because of limited time
- Inclined to do something - tending to behave in a particular way or to be interested in a particular thing
- Heed - to consider someone’s advice or warning and do what they suggest
- Concern - a feeling of worry about something, especially one that a lot of people have about an important issue
- Unrest - angry or violent behaviour by people who are protesting against something
- Out of the loop - not belonging to a group that has information and makes decisions about something
- Former - used for describing someone or something that had a particular job, title, status etc in the past, but not now
- Realignment - the action of changing or restoring something to a different or former position or state
