1.Maroon (verb)-असहाय छोड़ना 
Meaning: leave (someone) trapped and alone in an inaccessible place, especially an island.
Synonyms:  strand, leave stranded, cast away, cast ashore, abandon, leave behind, leave, leave in the lurch, desert, turn one's back on, leave isolated.
Example: "a novel about schoolboys marooned on a desert island" 

2.Wondrous (adjective)-चमत्कारिक, आश्चर्यजनक
Meaning: inspiring a feeling of wonder or delight; marvellous, marvellously; wonderfully.
Example: the Ganges/Ganga is known as a wondrous river of legend and history whose epithets in Sanskrit texts include ‘eternally pure’, writes Victor Mallet in the introduction to his new book, River of Life, River of Death: The Ganges and India’s Future. 

3.Frugality (noun)-किफ़ायत, कमखर्ची 
Meaning: the quality of being economical with money or food; thriftiness.
Synonyms: thriftiness, carefulness, scrimping and saving, conservation, good management.
Example: Their theory of the Protestant work ethic—the self-discipline and frugality that lent itself so well to capital accumulation and industry—has been influential since.

4.Brittle (adjective)-नाजुक 
Meaning: hard but liable to break easily.
Synonyms: breakable, splintery, shatterable, fragile, frail, delicate, frangible.
Example: Of course, all of this much easier these days, thanks to digitization. You no longer have to wade through bundles of brittle newsprint to find a tiny cutting about a sports event or a meeting of Chartists or some such. 

5.Propagation (noun)-वंशवृद्धि, प्रजनन, 
Meaning: the breeding of specimens of a plant or animal by natural processes from the parent stock, the action of widely spreading and promoting an idea, theory, etc.
Example: We began to wonder how the current nature of news production and propagation all over the world could impact the way in which historians two or five hundred years from now will understand our world. Because I was the only journalist in attendance, all eyes turned on me.

6.Epochal (adjective)-महत्वपूर्ण 
Meaning: forming or characterizing an epoch; epoch-making.
Example: Take this little test. Search for the earliest headlines of, say the 9/11 attacks, on the website of a newspaper. Now compare the output to the front page of that newspaper the day after the attacks. Consider the differences. Chances are that one story looks like EVERY OTHER story in the archives. The other one marks an epochal change.

7.Tumultuous (adjective)-अशांत, उग्र 
Meaning: making an uproar or loud, confused noise.
Synonyms:  loud, deafening, thunderous, thundering, ear-shattering, ear-splitting, ear-piercing, uproarious, noisy, clamorous, vociferous
Example: A century after the Russian Revolution, we look at back at those tumultuous events through the eyes of M.N. Roy, a remarkable Indian witness to the making of an epoch

8.Incarceration (noun)-क़ैद कर देना
Meaning: the state of being confined in prison; imprisonment.
Synonyms: imprisonment, internment, confinement, detention, custody, captivity, restraint.
Example: Roy later rose to the highest levels of the international communist movement, before he parted ways. He returned to India only to be sent to jail for six years by the colonial government. One result of these years of incarceration was a comprehensive critique of Marxism.

9.Emaciated (adjective)-क्षीण
Meaning: abnormally thin or weak, especially because of illness or a lack of food.
Synonyms: thin, skeletal, bony, wasted, thin as a rake.
Example: The vast open space in front of the station was crowded with men in uniform; rickety carriages pulled by emaciated horses lurched on the cobblestones at the risk of being smashed by motor cars which defied all usual traffic regulations. 

10.Unprecedented (adjective)-अभूतपूर्व
Meaning: never done or known before.
Synonyms:  unparalleled, unequalled, unmatched, unrivalled, without parallel, without equal.
Example: “The breadth and scale of the arrests appears to be unprecedented in modern Saudi history,” said Kristian Ulrichsen, a fellow at the Baker Institute for Public Policy at Rice University. “The reported detention of Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, if true, would send shock waves through the domestic and international business community,” Mr. Ulrichsen told AFP.
