SSC CPO PET Exam Pattern 2017 | CPO PET Structure

Dear Readers,

SSC (Staff Selection Commission) has released the Admit Card for PST/PET. You all worry about the criteria of selection. So, in this article, we are providing the PST/PET criteria in detail. According to the notice released by SSC in September month for SSC CPO exam pattern, Medical Examination will be conducted after Paper-II for the post of  Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF Examination - 2017. The Paper-II will be held on 15.12.2017.

Physical Efficiency(Endurance) Test(PET) ( For all posts)

Only those candidates, who have scored above the cut off marks fixed by the Commission in Paper I would be required to appear in the Physical Endurance Test/Medical examination.

For male candidates only

• 100 meters race in 16 seconds 
• 1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes 
• Long Jump : 3.65 metres in 3 chances 
• High Jump : 1.2 metres in 3 chances 
• Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metres in 3 chances 

For female candidates only

• 100 metres race in 18 seconds 
• 800 metres race in 4 minutes 
• Long Jump: 2.7 metres (9 feet) in 3 chances. 
• High Jump : 0.9 metres (3 feet) in 3 chances.

Note: Only those candidates declared qualified in PET/ PST will be called for Paper – II and that the Medical Examination would be conducted subsequently.

Important documents candidate has to bring for PET/PST:

• PET admit card 
• Original ID proof
• Driving License (DL) 
• 4 copies of your latest passport size photograph
