DSSB Recruitment Notification 2017: 1074 Posts

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has released a notification for various posts. All the details of the recruitment exam are as follow:

Lower Division Clerk		12th class pass with typing speed of 35 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi
DASS (Grade 2)		Bachelor Degree in any stream from a recognized university
DASS (Grade 4)		12th class pass with typing speed of 35 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi
Statistical Assistant		Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/ Operational Research/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics / Commerce with Statistics as one of the subject
Junior Engineer (Civil)		Diploma in Civil Engineering
Draughtsman Grade-III		10th pass along with 02 years diploma in Draftsmanship
Field Assistant		Matriculation pass
Food Safety Officer		Degree in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Bio Technology/ Oil Technology/ Agricultural Science/ Veterinary Science/ Bio Chemistry/Medicine OR Master Degree in Chemistry
Librarian DTTE Department		Graduate with Diploma in Library Science
Librarian DTE of Training		Graduate with Diploma in Library Science

Age Limit

• LDC- 18-27 years
• Grade IV- 18-27 years
• Grade II- 20-27 years
• Statistical Assistant- 18-30 years
• Junior Engineer- 18-27 years
• Draughtsman- 18-27 years
• Field Assistant- 18-27 years
• Food Safety Officer- max 30 years
• Librarian- below 37 years

Pay Scale

Rs.9300-34800/-+ grade pay 

Rs.5200-20200/-+ grade pay

Fees

• Total Application Fee: 100
• Mode of Payment: Online
• Exception: Women from all the categories are exempted from the fees hence they can apply without paying any application fee. 

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the three tiers of the exam that are as follow

• Tier I
• Tier II
• Skill Test (Wherever Applicable)
• The Exam Pattern For Various Posts will be according to the Annexure I.
