1.Infringement (noun)
Meaning
: the action of breaking the terms of a law, agreement, etc.; violation.
Synonyms: contravention, violation, transgression, breach, breaking, non-observance, non-compliance, neglect, dereliction, failure to observe;
Example: Why is this security net necessary, and why is its proposed infringement shameful? Our protected monuments, from the Taj Mahal to the monuments of Mamallapuram, have a designated prohibited area — at least a 100-m radius — to protect them, where no new construction is allowed.

2.Incorporation (noun)
Meaning: the inclusion of something as part of a whole., the process of constituting a company, city, or other organization as a legal corporation.
Example: The Congress, reportedly, will get civil society groups to draw up a charter of demands for incorporation into its manifesto in poll-bound states. 

3.Effusive (adjective)
Meaning
: showing or expressing gratitude, pleasure, or approval in an unrestrained or heartfelt manner.
Synonyms: gushing, gushy, unrestrained, unreserved, extravagant, fulsome, demonstrative, lavish, enthusiastic, rhapsodic, lyrical, exuberant, ebullient.
Example: Mr. Modi, as an astute student of human psychology, was effusive in both body language (the three “diplohugs” directed towards what some call a “germophobic” President!) and words of warm appreciation for the First Lady and Mr. Trump.

4.Grievance (noun)
Meaning: a real or imagined cause for complaint, especially unfair treatment.
Synonyms: injustice, unjust act, wrong, injury, ill, offence, disservice, unfairness, evil, outrage, atrocity, damage;
Example: Can all lives and livelihoods be resettled and rehabilitated by July 31, the deadline given by the Supreme Court’s order of February 8, 2017, when no orders have been passed by the Grievance Redressal Authority by June 8 as directed? The rehabilitation sites are not ready, with no drinking water, no proper roads, drains and culverts, no grazing grounds and other amenities which are mandatory.

5.Insulate (verb)
Meaning: protect (something) by interposing material that prevents the loss of heat or the intrusion of sound.
Synonyms: wrap, cover, encase, enclose, envelop, swathe, sheathe, bundle up;
Example: Though it is involved in the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, Iran has so far largely remained insulated from the regional crises. 

6.Hoax (noun)
Meaning
: a humorous or malicious deception.
Synonyms: practical joke, joke, jest, prank, trick, jape.
Example: Candidate Trump had called climate change a “hoax”. President Trump followed this up with anti-climate policies since assuming office. So the June 2 announcement was just a formality. But with this formality, he has made the Paris Agreement meaningless.

7.Incarceration (noun)
Meaning: the state of being confined in prison; imprisonment.
Synonyms: imprisonment, internment, confinement, detention, custody, captivity, restraint
Example: The focus of public and judicial concern over the situation prevailing in India’s prisons has in recent times been related to overcrowding and long spells of incarceration faced by indigent inmates too poor to obtain bail. 

8.Gubernatorial (adjective)
Meaning: relating to a governor, particularly that of a state in the US.
Example: He is a self-made man, a trained lawyer, has a long political track record, most of it as a member or fellow traveller of the BJP, and now has gubernatorial experience, having served as governor of Bihar.

9.Dubious (adjective)
Meaning: hesitating or doubting., not to be relied upon; suspect.
Synonyms: doubtful, uncertain, unsure, in doubt, hesitant; suspicious, suspect, under suspicion, untrustworthy, unreliable, undependable,
Example: We may query the wisdom of aligning India with the United States whose historical role vis-a-vis terrorism is dubious. 

10.Incubate (verb)
Meaning: (of a bird) sit on (eggs) in order to keep them warm and bring them to hatching., be developing an infectious disease before symptoms appear.
Example: U.S. foreign policy incubated the Taliban, which spread terror in the name of Islam, and rained terror on Iraqi children in the name of keeping the world safe from weapons of mass destruction.
