Bank of Baroda PO 2017 GD and Interview Experience 3

Dear Readers,

9am panel 1 chest no. 19, there were 2 panel and in each panel 20 student were there. It started with biometric verification, it is very crucial a student fail in his biometric and was not allowed for further verification.

Document verification is the most time consuming. Mine started around 12 it went smooth the officials were very cooperative.

Then we went for the GD in group of ten .The topic was Demonetisation we were given 1 min to write down our points and 2 minute to speak. My number was second last in the group so i got lot of time to collect my thought. It went around for 25 minutes with an open discussion after everyone present there view, i was second best in the group.

Interview started at around 1pm there were 5 people 4 from BOB and one from MANIPAL university M1 M2 M3 M4 F1.

I ask the permission , then said good afternoon to mam ,the senior most panelist said me to shut the door properly as it wasn't properly shut.

M3- From which university u have done ur BTECH

ans- RTU kota

M4 - i am from kota tell me about the famous temples in kota

ans- sir i have never been to kota my college is in jaipur , then he ask about jaipur i answered.

M3- being an eng why u want to work in bank.

M3 - in which bank u have account tell me about its UPI app and how i can transfer money from it

answered

M3- have u used BHIM app

ans- NO , why - answered.

M2- how will ur eng help us

answered and few cross question

M3 - what is ur father occupation

answered -army then he ask why did't u choose that field answered.

M2- he said means u have wasted ur 4 years in eng.

i dodged this question very well .

M1- What is RD

F1- What is ur hobbies

i answered reading book surfing internet and reading poems

she ask me to tell some poets then M3 intervene and ask me to recite a famous poem of kumar viswas i sing that and everybody was pleased , M4 told that we had an annual programme UMANG in BOB u can perform well there .

M3 - where modi went last weeks

answered then he ask tell me the name of hotel were he stay , i say dont remember then M3 ask dont u have news app in ur phone, i said no, dont u watch news channel i said no sir i dont watch tv as media has become biased now days.

He said u can leave now .

It was a great experience

Few suggestion for the students-

1)perform ur biometric precisely when appearing in the exam , if u r short with a document they can consider but if ur biometric didn't match then there is no chance.

2)it is time taking processing so make sure to have a water bottle and something to eat as it control ur anxiety before GD and Interview.
