1.Procurement (noun)
Meaning: the action of obtaining or procuring something., the action or occupation of acquiring military equipment and supplies.
Example: Ethnographies at the ground level in villages around Mandsaur reveal four disastrous decisions. First, the procurement price of the crop. The prices have plunged so disastrously that the farmer is not able to recover the mere cost of investment. Second, adding salt to the procurement injury, is the demonetisation policy of the regime which has devastated the economy.
2.Assimilation (noun)
Meaning: the process of taking in and fully understanding information or ideas.
Example: India, with 17% of the world’s population, 4% of water resources and 2.4% of land area, extracts water significantly for various developmental purposes. Hence, the water flow or storage capacity of water bodies has declined substantially, adversely affecting their waste assimilation/sink functions.
3.Disseminate (verb)
Meaning: spread (something, especially information) widely.
Synonyms: spread, circulate, distribute, disperse, diffuse, proclaim, promulgate, propagate, publicize, communicate, pass on, make known, put about
Example: At the local level, capacity building enables the community to make decisions and disseminate them to the appropriate authorities, thus influencing political processes.

Meaning: contemplate or conceive of as a possibility or a desirable future event.

Example: While our earlier plans on expanding nuclear power have not materialised, the alternative plan suggested now, which envisages building 28 units with a total capacity of about 25,000 MW in 15 years from now, can still ensure that nuclear power remains an important part of our strategy to minimise carbon emissions in the long run.
