In our country, every student dreams to enter into civil services and they do every possible hard work for that but due to very fewer vacancies many of those who prepares don’t get through it. So, there is an opportunity coming for the students who are not able to convert their hard work into a final selection that now on the stand of their marks in UPSC exam they can get into the private organisation.

Department of Personnel and training decided to develop a portal which embedded with the all related information of an UPSC aspirant like marks, rank etc which will help other public and private sector to recruit from this portal. This is an optional programme for aspirants. Students are free to choose an option whether they want to share their marks or not at the time of filling up the form.
Now after this is a big step by UPSC to provide every aspirant a job, if SSC or any other government recruiting agency comes up with any other such step will not be surprising.
