I want to prepare for SBI PO 2018, currently, I am preparing for Civil Service Examination. I am an engineer by graduation from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
There are some queries regarding banking preparation if you could sort them out it will be really helpful.
Question 1 - From where, should General Awareness stuff should be followed? Is there a timeline for following it? Like 6 months before exams or how?
Read GK from mobile applications. That's the best way to read GK and Current affairs in 2017.

Last 6 months Current affairs and GK is sufficient.
Question 2. There is a lot of material available on your website with books for different sections and prep kits.So should I buy the book or prep kit for preparation? What will suffice?
Answer -SBI PO is not a state board exam with a limited syllabus. It's an aptitude test which tests your ability to solve problems quickly.
"A lot of material available" - Yes, we make a lot of ebooks. All of those ebooks are useful. It takes us months to complete an ebook. Try to follow the latest ebooks.
Question 3.
For Olive Board test series they provide one with classes and test stuff both, so should I purchase that or the one only with mock tests?

Personally, I have gone through their SBI PO test series, which is really good. I am not sure about their video classes.
Answer - Follow GK Digest and make a habit of reading all the articles and solving 1 quiz from each section daily. This will hardly take 2-3 hours a day.Question 4. Should I need to buy any other book apart from the material compiled on your website?
Answer - I don't think you need any other study material.Question 5.
If from now I start preparing for SBI PO 2018, how much time should I give daily along with my Civil Service preparation to banking preparation that will suffice on a regular basis?Read editorial page of "The Hindu".
Question 6. Do past year papers come in handy in terms of repeated questions if they are repeated?
Answer - Yes but up to last 1-2 years.
