Selected as OS1 and OA in Pandyan Grama Bank.
After the graduation in 2014 I worked for some time in a private company. After that decided to give bank exams a try. Within the spare of 2 months gave my first exam IBPS PO 5. My first attempt was only half a success. Cleared IBPS PO 5 Mains but due to low marks in mains couldn't get a place in final allotment list. After that faced some failures in ibps clerk, lic aao, sbi po and clerk. I was doing good but I could not give my best due to slow doing. I found out where I'm lagging and started to work on it. Bankersadda helped me with quizzes with timings. With these helps and practice I reduced my time consumption and increased my accuracy level. Practised a lot after that. This gave me the confidence that I can succeed. With that confidence attended the Ibps 2016 exams.
Did well in IBPS PO and clerk. Cleared PO mains waiting for the final result. Did 149 in clerk mains. Did pretty well in RRB PO and clerk. Interview also went well for both exams. Appeared for RBI assistant mains. Got 114 cut off was 117. Appeared for IPPB scale 1 mains. Then the RRB V results declared which put an end to my struggle.
Finally got selected as both OS1 and OA in Pandyan grama bank.
I'm very thankful for BA Team and my friends who helped to reach the finishing line. My strategy is attempting the questions with accuracy. For Quants and reasoning I did atleast two hours practice daily. For gk followed BA daily gk update and made notes from that. For final revision also followed BA capsule.
I may shared my journey to success in just 2 paragraphs. But behind these, there are years of struggle and years of hard work hiding. So keep working hard until you taste the success. Just believe you can do it.
