This is Ramesh Chandra Kushwaha from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. I pursued my B.Tech in Renewable Energy and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering from Saradarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Gujarat in 2016. After completion my B.tech, I joined a private company and worked there only for 21 days then I realize that I am not going to the right direction and I decided to quit my job. I talked with my parents and my friends about this. they supported me as well. One of my friends encourages me a lot and I really thankful to him. Then I started my preparation. At starting I have zero knowledge of banking but I was determined that I have to do and I will do.
When the results came on April 1, I was overjoyed after seeing the confirmation message that I am selected.

I practiced a lot and worked hard. when I quit my job there were so many peoples who criticized me a lot but I never get disturbed and always worked for my improvement. There was only one thing in my mind that "I CAN". There was something that I wanted to achieve in my life and that was to be an officer in a govt department or a PSU. BOM 2016 was the first competitive exam that I gave after that I also appeared for RBI Assistant 2016 but due to bad luck, I failed to qualify in the final lists of both. And then I did not get selected in RRB-PO 2016, came in reserve list. And also failed in IBPS-SO 2016. Because I worked hard so I was depressed with these results. But I have hope with IBPS-PO and IBPS-clerk. And Finally on April 1, the good news came.

Don't think about your results just work hard with full faith in yourself. This is key to success.
At last, I want to say to all....

                      क्या कमी रह गई, देखो और सुधार करो।
                      जब तक न सफल हो, नींद चैन को त्यागो तुम,
                      संघर्ष का मैदान छोड़ कर मत भागो तुम।
                      कुछ किये बिना ही जय जय कार नहीं होती,
                      कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।
