Hello friends,

I am Ravi Kant Pandey from Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. After completing B.pharma in 2011 and MBA in 2013 I joined the sales as a M.R. but after joining I found sales and this job is not for me where I didn't get balanced remuneratio, respect in my social circle not job satisfaction. I was confused what to do or not. After 1 and half year of job I resigned and set to prepare for bank exams.but there was another risk that was my age.

I was 28 when decided to prepare for banking (thanks to 3 year drops for PMT after 12th) being a general category candidate I was eligible for only Bank PO posts not for clerical. That was a risky decision because of previous PMT fiasco. But I have decided to prepare and joined a renowned coaching institute. In the mean time my younger brother also got IBPS clerk in Indian bank in April 2014 which gives me to boost to move for govt jobs.but after failing in SBI PO 2015 and 2016 and IBPS PO 2015 felt dismal.

IBPS PO 2016 was my last attempt to PO exams (due to age) and failure in that was shock for me. but I never thought about the negativity and worked hard after every failure.when the day I heard I am not qualified even in prelims for PO and next day was my RRB PO prelims exam but I United my strength and thought after this I don't have to loose or gain so either do or die.then rest is history.

RRB PO pre qualified 58/80, cut off 54

RRB PO mains 121/200 cut off111 got the first choice Madhyanchal Grameen bank.

RRB NTPC result awaited

MP Labor inspector 146/200 result awaited.

and then god kept the best thing for last.

IBPS SO marketing officer 72/100 cut off 67 Got first priority Bank of Baroda.

So, finally, my experience says these words of wisdom Believe in yourself. Do hard work as can you do. for banking aspirant read more n more English articles newspaper (as I was from Hindi medium so suffered) Read 1 GA magazine thoroughly or And last but most imp. follow bankers adda blindly without any doubt.Try to get juice from every post of bankers adda. and finally thanks to bankers adda team that helped me a lot because I was not in circle of preparing students and was alone in my battle. IN my single room bankers adda was my guide and kept me updated with the changing trend of banking recruitment pattern.
