Today we've come to an end of the financial year 2016-17. It brought many changes and many challenges from SBI PO Mains to IBPS Clerk Mains. The challenges in you faced as an aspirant shot out of the blue. But what next? What to make of it when this financial year ends today! Look at the bigger picture...You should never view your challenges as a disadvantage. Instead, it's important for you to understand that your experience facing and overcoming adversity is actually one of your biggest advantages.

Now you've become wiser, you've learned you've been through ups and downs. Its important to hold onto that wisdom because this financial year 2017-18 has a plethora of opportunities for you. It will be your call to grab onto it and take advantage.

There is only one 'mool mantra "There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure." Now you have the opportunity of a fresh start. You have SBI PO, NICL AO, NIACL Assistant and BOB PO exams coming up. Learning from your previous year experience you now actually know where you lack, and you just have to find those loopholes and fix them up.

Devise a strategy according to your strengths and weakness, because you know that you are different from your friend and peer, everybody has their own strengths and weakness. Everything is now in your hand as this is the perfect time to set an aim and start preparing for it. Ask this to yourself "Are you ready to dedicate yourself to achieve your aim...are you ready to taste success in 2017-18!"
