9).What is the profit earned on Apple mobile ?
10).What is the ratio between Cost Price and Selling price of Samsung ?
1)e   2)b   3)d   4)c   5)c   6)a   7)c   8)e   9)c   10)e
Solutions:
1). E) cost price of V = rs.50
Transportation cost = Rs.30
Therefore, cost price = 50 + 30 = Rs.80
Profit % = 4%
Therefore SP = 80 * 104/100 = 83.2
2). B) Selling price of X = (CP + transportation + profit) = 250 + 20 + 5 = 275
Cost price of W = SP + Loss = 100 + 10 = 110
Required % = 275*100/110 = 250% of the CP of W
3). D) Loss on Y = CP on Y – SP on Y = 400 * 100/96 – 400 = 416.66 – 400 = 16.66
Loss on W = Rs.10
Therefore, req ratio = 16.66 : 10 = 833 : 500
4). C) SP of Z = CP of Z + transportation + profit = 400 + 40 + 440 * 6/100 = Rs.466.4
Therefore, SP of X = Rs.275
Therefore, difference = 466.4 – 275 = Rs.191.4
5). C) SP of V = (CP + CP on transportation) * 95/100 = Rs.76
Therefore, SP of Z = Rs.466.4
Therefore, required % = 466.4 – 76/466.4 * 100 = 83.7% less than SP on Z
Selling price = 32,000+4000=36,000
% of Profit = 4000/36000 = 12.5%
HTC mobile Selling Price = 33,000
HTC Mobile % Of Profit  = 10%
means        33,000 -------  110%
                     ?     -------   100% (CP)
Cost Price of HTC = 30,000
Micromax cost price = 3/5 *30,000 = 18,000
 Selling price = 22,000
profit = 4,000
% of profit = (4000/18,000 )*100 = 22 2/9%
Profit on Samsung mobile =3,500
from that profit on LG mobile = 3500+500=4000
Selling Price of LG mobile = 32,000
% of profit on LG = (4000/28,000)*100 = 14 2/7%
Cost Price = 53,000
% of profit = 14%
53,000 ------------ 100%
 ?        -----------   114%
Selling price = 60,420
profit = 60,420-53,000=7420
Cost Price = 35,000
Selling Price = 35,000+3500=38500
Ratio = 35000 : 38500 = 10:11
