- At the helm - in charge or in the position of a leader
- Elevation - the act of giving someone higher status or a more important position
- Achieve - to succeed in finishing something or reaching an aim, especially after a lot of work or effort
- Vacuum - a lack of something

- Overdue - if something is overdue, it should have been done before now

- Bide your time - to wait calmly for a good opportunity to do something
- Disenchantment - disappointed and no longer enthusiastic about someone or something
- Accentuated - to emphasize a particular feature of something or to make something more noticeable
- Rival - a person, group, etc. competing with others for the same thing or in the same area
- Disarray - a situation in which people are very confused or things are not organized, especially because something unexpected has happened
- At the helm - officially controlling an organization or company
- Rivalry - a situation in which people, businesses, etc. compete with each other for the same thing

- Accusation - a claim that someone has done something illegal or wrong
- Integrity - the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you refuse to change
