Honoring the best Hindi language films of the year 2016, the 62nd Filmfare Awards ceremony was recently held at NSCI Dome, Mumbai. This ceremony was hosted by Indian stand-up comedian Kapil Shrama, film director, producer, screenwriter Karan Johar and actor Sharukh Khan. Aamir Khan bagged the Best Actor Award for his performance in 'Dangal'. Alia Bhatt was honoured with the Best Actress Award for her gritty portrayal of a Bihari migrant in 'Udta Punjab'.
