- Reform - a change that is intended to correct a situation that is wrong or unfair, or make a system work more effectively
- At risk - in a situation in which something unpleasant or dangerous could happen to you
- Keping his fingers crossed - to hope strongly that something (good) will happen
- Sticking to something - if you stick to a law, rule, or promise, you obey it or do what it states
- Regime - a system of rules that control something
- Consensus - agreement among all the people involved
- Legislation - a law, or a set of laws
- Rollout - a rollout of proposals, laws, or information is the first time they are made known to the public
- Impasse - a situation in which progress is impossible, especially because the people involved cannot agree
