September 28, 2016

Today is 28th sept and 109th Birthday of Sardar Bhagat Singh. One of the Greatest Man ever born in India. Let's Salute the great soul.

Bhagat Singh ,a symbol of  heroism for the youth of India. Bhagat Singh , a great leader , a great person and a brave soldier. Bhagat Singh was one of the most prominent faces of Indian freedom struggle. He was a revolutionary ahead of his times. By Revolution he meant that the present order of things, which is based on manifest injustice must change.

"My life has been dedicated to the noblest cause, that of the freedom of the country. Therefore, there is no rest or worldly desire that can lure me now" - Bhagat Singh

Bhagat Singh also known as Shaheed Bhagat Singh (28 September 1907 – 23 March 1931) was an Indian socialist and a revolutionary. Bhagat Singh was born in a Sikh family in village Khatkar Kalan in Nawanshahar district of Punjab. The district has now been renamed as Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar in his memory. He was the third son of Sardar Kishan Singh and Vidyavati. Bhagat Singh's family was actively involved in freedom struggle. Bhagat Singh was imbued with the family's spirit of patriotism.

As a child Bhagat started dreaming of uprooting the British Empire from India.Never afraid of fighting during his childhood, he thought of ‘growing guns in the fields’, so that he could fight the British. His uncle, Sardar Ajit Singh was inspiration for him. In 1919, the incident of  Jallianwala Bagh massacre had changed the path of young Bhagat Singh. Violent incidents of "Chauri Chaura", Gandhi called for the withdrawal of the Non-Cooperation movement had isolated  Bhagat Singh from Gandhi's nonviolent action and joined the Young Revolutionary Movement.

He worked with several revolutionary organizations and became prominent in the Hindustan Republican Association (HRA), which changed its name to the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA) in 1928.Seeking revenge for the death of Lala Lajpat Rai, Singh assassinated John Saunders, a British police officer. Bhagat Singh along with Batukeshwar Dutt threw two bombs and leaflets inside the Central Legislative Assembly, and offered themselves for arrest. Bhagat Singh choosed this path not to harm anyone but to unite whole nation from the british  platform .During Trial Bhagat Singh legacy prompted youth in India to continue fighting for independence.

Focused, hard work is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on the goal, and just keep taking the next step towards completing it. If you aren't sure which way to do something, do it both ways and see which works better.

While in jail, Bhagat Singh found that the authorities were following a dual policy in treating the prisoners. The criminals of foreign origin were treated better than Indian political prisoners. As a protest, he along with some fellow prisoners declared to "go on hunger strike". The strike continued for over a month and finally the British had to accept before their conditions.

Bhagat Singh along with other revolutionaries found responsible for the Assembly bombing and murder of Saunders. On March 23, 1931, Bhagat Singh was hanged in Lahore with his fellow comrades Rajguru and Sukhdev. Singh was cremated at Hussainiwala on banks of Sutlej river.

A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.

Today we are independent and we have a lots of freedom to do what we want to do. Remember friends for every aspirants exam is like a struggle and success is like a freedom. How our freedom fighters fought for nation for years in a same manner every aspirants has to fight with his weakness and overpower it. Like our Freedom Fighter we all have to come out from our comfort zone and burnt midnight oil to achieve something. We cannot imagine what our freedom fighter have gone through and because of their struggle we are in a position to enjoy our freedom .Friends remember success cannot be achieved within a single night or a day , it requires alots of hard work and dedication. British’s ruled over India for 200 years but one day they have to left India because of determination and continuous effort of Indians for freedom. Similarly one can not achieved success within a single day or month , it required a lot of dedication , hardwork and continuous effort.

Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SON OF SOIL (BHAGAT SINGH)
