SBI PO 2016: Interview Experience of GradeUp user

Dear Aspirants

Below is the SBI PO 2016 Interview Experience of GradeUp user.

• Reached the venue at 7:45 am.
• They told me to go for document verification.

Maine apna documents diya aur jab biometric ki baari aayi to mera verification successful nahi ho paa raha tha, 3 baar try karne k baad bhi successful nahi hua phir unhone kaha wait karne k liye main bahut darr gaya tha. 15 min k baad phir bulayaga aur is baar successful ho gaya. I thanked my god. We went to GD room at 9:10am. Panelists came at 9:30. We all wished them. GD topic was Do we really need smart cities? and time given 3 min for everyone to speak and then group discussion. I did good(I hope so😉😉) .Then my turn came for personal interview.

I opened the door and asked permission to come inside. There were 4 males and 1female. I said good morning ma’am and sirs. M3 said baith jayeeye beta. I said thank you sir by smiling. He said u look good while smiling beta. Again said thank you.

Interview Experience of SBI PO 2016:

F1: kuch apne baare mein bataye.

Me: Told everything. I have done graduation with history.

M2: Even i also graduated from history.

Me: I was like god save me. He bombarded questions from history and by the grace of God I have answered all the questions correctly.

M1: Nationalization of RBI, Current and next RBI governor, Today’s news
Me: Answered everything.
M4: Paapa kya karte hai, Family mein kon kon hai, Bank kyu join karna chahte ho, Pehle bhi koi interview diya hai ki nahi, Baahar aur bhi log wait kar rahe hai hum tumhe kyu select kare ……………to iska answer F ne hi de diya ki iski smile bahut acchhi hai aur sincere baccha lag raha hai. Sabhi hasne lage aur main bhi smile karne ki koshish kar raha tha.

F: Camels kya hota hai beta,

• Primary market kya hota hai
• Diff between demand and term deposit
• What is legal money
• What is Islamic banking
• Types of T-bill
• Asked about Exim bank
• Basel3
• What is IPO
• ESOP
• What is currency chest

Me: Answered everything correctly

F1: asked to other members ki kuch poochna hai tab M1 ne kaha ki arey Sinha sahab ko sab aata hai kya karu pooch k. Sabhi smile karne lage

F1: beta chocolate le lo maine ek utha liya to F1 ne bola ek kyu liya ek aur le lo to maine bola it’s OK ma’am to unhone bola arey koi baat nahi jab aapke branch aayenge hum to aap hum sabko party de dena.

Uske baad maine sabko wish karke baahar aa gaya aur 5 glass paani piya aur ek chair par baith k 5 min relax karne k baad woha se nikal gaya. Total interview time 20 min ka tha aur bhi bahut questions poocha but mujhe kuch yaad nahi aa raha hai.
