Each question given below is followed by three statements. You have to study the question and all the three statement given and decide whether any information provided in the statements is redundant and can be dispensed with while answering the questions

1. What will be the sum of the ages of Ravi and the Kiran after five years?
I. Ravi’s present age is twice Kiran’s present age.
II. After ten years the ratio of Ravi’s age to the Kiran’s age will become 12 : 7.
III. Five years a o the difference between the Ravi’s age and Kiran’s age as equal to the Kiran’s present age.

2. What will be the difference between share of A and share of B in the profit earned by A, B & C together?

3. What is the total compound interest earned at the end of three years?
I. Simple interest earned on that amount at the same rate and for the same period is Rs. 9000.

III. Compound interest for three years is more than the simple interest for that period by Rs. 930.

4. At what time ill the train reach city ‘A’ from city ‘B’?

III. The 400 metre long train crosses a signal pole in 20 secs.

5. What will be the cost of fencing a circular plot?
I. Area of the plot is 1232 square meters.
II. Cost of fencing a rectangular plot whose perimeter is 240 meters is Rs. 1560. 
III. Area of a square plot with side equal to the radius of the circular plot is 392 sq meters.
