( Ex.-In recently held SBI Clerk mains there were 2 RC passages in English section, which were never found in previous year Question Papers in any clerk exam, also passages based on economic concept previously passages based on story type.)

2. Take a Mock Test Online

The test will make you aware level of difficulty and your current status. To know 'Where do I stand?' is extremely crucial before you actually put in your time and efforts preparing for any competitive exam.

3.Find your weak and strength areas

After giving mock test analysis it.Find your weak and strength areas, then make your study plan according to it.Give more emphasis on weaker area.

4.Practice helps to improve speed and accuracy

As we all know, practice make men perfect. So if you want to crack bank exam then practice is must. Without practice, it is going to too tough task for any of us to crack exam. For proper practice, you may join test series.

5.Time Management:

Always attempt the easier questions first and time consuming or difficult questions later. Scan the entire section first and find out the easier questions and attempt them first.Do not waste more time on any question. Make plan and go according to it in mock test before actual exam.

6.Be confident:

Self Confidence is the key to crack this examination. From analysis of the candidates who got already selected, self confidence was one thing that found common amongst all selected ones.

Exam is designed in a such way that no one can attend all 200 questions not even topper. So better you have to left some questions. So as lines goes from ‘kaminey’ movie - “vaat usse nai lagti hum konsa rasta pakdte hai, vaat ussse lagti hai hum konsa rasta chhodte hai” ,now everyone will ask "which questions we should not attend?"

It differs from person to person but basic part remains same.
Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude section takes lots of time both in preparation and in exam, while results shows that Reasoning and Quantitative sections has lowest cutoffs among the all five sections but you have to clear these two sections. So attend questions enough to clear sectional cutoff only. Don't try to score in these section. Try to score in this section only if you are CAT student. As cost to benefit ratio is very low in these sections. These sections are made to consume your valuable time. As questions in these sections are very lengthy eating much of your time reading the questions. Some questions in this section also designed as trap. So you waste much of your time in satisfying your ego which will effects on subsequent section, so try to attend these sections in the last.

Try to attend computer and banking awareness first and full. As this consumes less time and scoring. In these sections you either know the answer or you don't know the answer. So requires less brain burning which again boosts your confidence and prepares you for Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude sections.

After Banking Awareness and Computer Awareness try to attend English section try to attend these three sections fullest.

Do the time management such that you can finish English, Banking Awareness and Computer awareness sections within forty to fifty minutes so you have enough time to attend enough questions in reasoning and quantitative sections to pass cut off.
