Solutions:
1. C) Revenue = 200-90 = 110 million
Income tax = 110*18/100 = 19.8 million
2. A) 25% =30 million
Revenue = 30*100/25 = 120 million
Total expenditure = 105+85 = 190 million
Borrowings = 190 – 120 = 70 million
3. B) Increase in Revenue = exp in 2007 – exp 2005 = 190 – 165 = 25 million
4. B) 2005 => R1 = 165 – B
2008 => R2 = 190 –(B-27) = 205-B
R2-R1 = 217-B-165+B = 52 million
5. C) Revenue = 200-110 = 90 million
