Solution :
1st:2nd:3rd=24x:27x:18x=8x:9x:6x
8x-6x=2x=16runs
Average = 64+72+48=184/3

Gopi and Raj started a business by investing Rs 5,000 and Rs 6,000 respectively. After 9 months, their friend Syam joined them with Rs 12000. At the same time, Gopi and Raj withdrew Rs 1,000 each. If at the end of year Gopi and Syam together received Rs 12,250 as their share from the total profit, then what is the total profit?
Solution :
5000*9 + 4000*3 : 6000*9 + 5000*3 : 12000*3
=19 : 23 : 12
So [(23+12)/54]*x = 12,250
Solve, x = 18,900

The respective ratio between base and height of a triangle is 7:9. The area of the triangle is 504 sq.m . What is measure of the diagonal of a square whose side is equal to the base of triangle ?
Solution :
Area = 504
Area = 1/2 * b * h = 1/2 * 7x * 9x =1/2* 63 * X^2
==> 1/2 * 63 X^2 = 504
Base = 7 *4 = 28
Diagonal of square = √2 a = √2 * 28

What must be added to 3/7 to get 57/14 ?
Solution :
3/7 + X = 57/14
==>X = 51/14

Solution :
Difference of numbers
321-105 =216
Difference is multiplied by 3

Solution :
For two years formula 2 (A)+1(B) = Compound Interest(C.I)
A = rate = 12
B= 12% of 12= 1.44
C.I = 2(12)+1(1.44)=25.44
Assume P = 100
Now Total Amount give = 6899.20
Total Amount = 100 +25.44=125.44
125.44% ----- 6899.2
