Niti Aayog to replace 5-year plans with 15-year vision document

  • The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has decided to replace the five year plans with 15 year vision documents.

Anil Kumble retained ICC Cricket Committee head, Rahul Dravid made member

  • Former India captain Anil Kumble has been re-appointed ICC Cricket Committee chairman for a second term of three years while his one- time team-mate Rahul Dravid was named member of the top panel. Kumble will now continue to head the panel until 2018.
