Time: 8:30 AM

Venue: Dena Gujarat Gramin Bank, Gandhinagar

I reported on the time. Then after finished with bio-metric and documents verification. My turn came at around 9:45 AM. Once I entered the room, I was asked to have a seat. I thanked them and had my seat. Panel was of five members (4M, 1F). Interview started in Gujarati language.

Q- What is your educational background? (Gujarati)

Q- Is there any work experience you have? What kind of it is? (Gujarati)

Q- Why you want to join bank now?

Q- Is there any difference between HRM and HRD? I replied yes. Then What is the difference?

Q- What is priority sector? Which are they?

Q- In agriculture, for what purposes loan are provided?

Q- Loans provided for seeds and fertilizers are of what kind with respect to duration?

Q- What is financial inclusion? When did it start from? Which five year plan is going on?

Q- What are RTGS and NEFT? Full form and differences.

Q- Difference between credit card and debit card.

Q- CM of Jammu and Kashmir.

Q- What interview techniques do you use while interviewing?

Q- Which are the techniques for human resource development?

Q- What is competency mapping?

Q- What is bank mitra? What do they do?

Q- In which bank do you have account?

Q- What is PIN? Can you disclose it to anybody?

Q- Do you use debit card? For what purposes? What we require to use debit card for payment?

Q- Which are the head hunting firms operating at international level?

Q- Can you give names of Deputy Governors of RBI?

That's it. Interview ended with good luck wishes from them. I am quite satisfied with the way I answered. Panel members too seemed to be satisfied with the answers. They all were humble and asking questions with direct answers.

Bank - Sarv haryana grameen bank

interview date-21/11/16

I reached Rohtak City by 11 am. At approximately 1 pm we were called for the interview. They started checking the language proficiency and we were made to write on the sheet of the paper. Then started the document verification. Everyone was very helping and supporting. My number was fourth and they took approximately 10-12 minutes. And then came my turn. The Panel consisted of 4 Male and 1 Female

Me - May i come in sir?

M1(head) - yes beta apka nam?

Me-replied

M1(head) - Acha pankaj ji jaise maine aapko bola andar aa jaiye, issey pahadi log kaise bolenge?

Me-replied

M1(head) - Apka home town

Me - Almora

M1(head) - Achha ji wahan ki khubiyan bataiye zara

Me - replied

Lady - Beta nanital bhi wahi aas pas hai na

Me - Replied

M1(head) - Beta woh forest wala ilaka hai and wahan janwar bhi honge, kaun kaun se animal hote han wahan?

Me - replied

Lady - Tab toh kafi atank hogA wahan animals ka

Me - Replied

M1- Acha uttrakhand main kheti hoti hai? kis type ki kheti ki jati hai or kaun kaun se anaj hote hai?

me - Replied

M3 - Aapne graduation main kya kiya hai?

Me - Sir b.tech mechnical

M3 - Kahan se ki ?

Me - Sir jhansi se

M1(head) - Badi door chale gaye

Me - Replied

M1(head) - Acha jab tum 12th main study kar rahe the tab tumhara school kitni door tha?

Me - Replied

M1(head) - Acha apke father kya karte hain?

Me - Replied

M1(head) - M3 or M4 ki taraf dekh ke bole ap logo ko kuch puchna hai.

M4 - Acha beta apne banking ke bare man kuch study ki hai?

Me - Replied

M4 - Priority sector lending ke bare man kuch batao

Me - Replied

M4 - MSME pata hai apko beta?

Me - Replied

M1 (head) - Ok beta ab aap ja sakte ho

Doston ye tha mera interview experiance ise dekh kar lagta hai interview na toh bahut bura raha na bahut acha. Neutral raha ekdam. Dekho kya hota hai, lets wait for final result.
