As many beginners ask about the Age Limit of various banking exams, today I am sharing detailed post on  eligibility.

IBPS Clerk

Age limit for IBPS Clerk is 20-28 years. Cutoff date is provided in the notification.

	Age relaxation
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe	5 years
Other Backward Classes	3 years
Persons With Disability	10 years
Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen	Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 years (8 years for Disabled Ex Servicemen belonging to SC/ST) subject to a maximum age limit of 50 years
Widows Divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried	9 years
Persons ordinarily domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 1-1-80 to 31-12-89	5 years
Persons affected by 1984 riots	5 years
Regular employees of the Union Carbide Factory, Bhopal retrenched from service (Applicable to Madhya Pradesh state only)	5 years

IBPS PO

Age limit for IBPS PO is 20 – 30 years

	Age relaxation
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe	5 years
Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer)	3 years
Persons With Disabilities	10 years
Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers (ECOs)/Short Service Commissioned Officers (SSCOs) who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within the stipulated time) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or physical disability attributable to military service or invalidment	5 years
Persons ordinarily domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989	5 years
Persons affected by 1984 riots	5 years
