31st December- The Year Gone By- Lessons Learnt

December 31, 2015

Dear BA'ians,
Another year came to an end!! Has the realisation that we are today standing on the last day of the year 2015 sunk in yet?
Not really, right!!
Just a few days back we welcomed 2015, and today we are ready to bid it goodbye!!

Quite a simile it is, just like life, all things are meant to pass- Be it good times, or failure or pain. Nothing ever remains constant. Life is indeed a journey to learn from, to fall down, then get up and learn, and finally move on towards a better future.
So why do we look back?
Well, just so that we do not repeat our mistakes of this year in the next year as well!!
So much has happened in 2015, so many exams taken, not just in number but in variety too. So much has changed in terms of the pattern of exam right from
  • The introduction of preliminary exams being
  • To Unexpected questions and patterns of the exam
  • To increase in the difficulty in the level of questions and
  • Last but not the least the common interview pattern being introduced by public sector banks, i.e a common panellist to take interview rather than the interview being conducted by the banks.

One thing that we have learnt is that the banks are now looking for nothing but the best!! Rightly so since they are now spoilt for choice with the increased in the level of applicants.
But remember friends Being the best might be difficult but not impossible.
A selected few have been able to achieve this feat, and the others who are still in the race- fret not a lot of new opportunities await you in the coming year.
Before you welcome the New Year, with hope and dreams in your eyes, stop a while to look back to see
where you might have gone wrong
what is it that is stopping you from hitting your goals.
What can be done to change your current employment status.
With this realisation and knowledge, we will be at a better and logical position to welcome the new year that holds a lot of opportunities. What can be done to beat the competition and rise above the crowd.
Bankersadda is visited by thousands of people daily, who have taken up a challenge upon themselves to get into a government job for their dreams. During this struggle, phases come when one has to face failure & criticism and life seems to be so tough.  We understand the pains of such failures and would like to stand with our readers in such phases. One has to understand that success is never ending and failure is never final.
In-fact, failure is the highway to success.
"If you want  to succeed, double your failure rate."
There have been many instances in the past where many supremely successful people started their journey with a string of failures, so much so any common man would have succumbed to that kind of failure, most famous example being that of The Great Albert Einstien, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, Mahatma Gandhi, Dhirubai Ambani!
But there was one thing that was common to all these people and that was extreme level of determination and willpower.
All  success stories are stories of great failures. The only difference is  that every time they failed, they bounced back. This is called failing  forward, rather than backward. You learn and move forward. Learn from  your failure and keep moving.
New beginning awaits you dear BA'ians, move towards it with enthusiasm, a plan and vision in mind and heart. Make resolutions with a strong will and determination.
Let nothing stop you, not even yourself.
When you want it the most
There's no easy way out,
When you ready to go and your heart left in doubt
Dont give up on your faith
Success comes to those who believe it
Cause thats the way it is!
