INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE: RRB PO

Venue :Varsha Inn, Town Center, CIDCO N5, Aurangabad

I reached the venue at 12:30 feeling little tensed but excitement was also there. And the staff members sent us into a room where we had to wait for Biometric and document verification. Around 5 PM the documentation process completed. Documentation process went smoothly and they allowed  me.  I was not having the Degree certificate but I showed them the provisional. It does not matters a lot if you have the mark sheets.

They gave me one paper and told me to write a paragraph in Marathi from local Newspaper.

My turn came at around 6:15 pm.

There were 4 members in the interview panel.

3 Male and 1 Female Senior Officials .

I entered the room, and wished everyone Good Evening. They offered me seat.

M1 – What is your height

Me - Sir it’s 6 foot 2 inches.

M1- So you are giving competition to Mr. Amitabh Bacchan

Me – Smiled and replied sir He is The legend in his field but Right now I am no one

M1- But after some time you will be

Me- I told “maybe” in future I will in my respective field

M1- and all laughed

M2- So your height has any help for you

Me- I told Sir In my college days I am Hostel team captain for Volleyball and Basketball (Actually I attached few certificates about my achievements)

M1- You must be popular in college days

Me- I told “I think so Sir”.

F1- What is your Mother language

Me- I told Madam my mom mother language is Marathi but for me its Hindi

F1 and all Laughed

M1- (In Hindi) Apne bola college me popular the to koi Girlfriend bhi thi kya

Me- I waited few seconds and then answered Sir My current status is Single but college days me I think GF thi

M1 –Think?

Me- Its one Sided love Sir

M1 and all laughed very loudly

M3- Tell us about RBI and Its policies

Me – Answered Briefly

M3- What is CRR

Me – Answered

F1- Apke papa kya karte hai

Me- I told Madam he works in Syndicate Bank as a Branch manager in XYZ branch

F1- Unka office timing kya hai means evening me kitne baje ghar wapas aate hai

Me-Madam 10 am to 6pm waited few seconds and said again madam jab head office me the tab around 9:30 to 10 pm tak aate the

F1 and all laughed and said Papa ne work dekhkar head office se branch me posting le li

Me – I smiled also

M2-Being an ECE engineer apka Bank ko Kya Benefit hoga

Me- I told Sir I am aware of every current technologies used in Banking Sector Like IFSE, SWIFT and electronics is used in ATMs also

M2 – He looks Satisfied.

So everything went like this and at the end, they said Thank You, same said by me while leaving with a smile.

That's it friends, Panel Members were really fantastic I thanked god for making me reach to the final stage and thanks to my Parents and BA :) Looking forward to the final results and hoping to get in.
