DMRC CRA Exam Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2015

Dear Readers,
A lot of confusions have among candidates regarding DMRC CRA Exam Syllabus. As we know that for preparation of any exam needs the detail syllabus knowledge of respective exam.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has already  released  the notification of Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) Exam  on its official website. The DMRC will conduct the CRA Written Exam in upcoming days.

In DMRC CRA Exam, there are two paper as Paper I & Paper II:

Paper I: The Paper I of DMRC CRA Exam will have only Objective Type Question in Hindi & English Language. There are total number of question is 120 & have negative 1/3 marking.

  • General Awareness
  • Logical Ability
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Knowledge of related Trade


Paper II: The DMRC CRA Exam Paper II will have only Objective Type Question of General English Language. In Paper II there are total number of question is 60 & have negative 1/3 marking.

Qualification : Three years Graduation course in any discipline from a Govt. Recognized University, with minimum 50% marks, and computer literacy (Certificate in Computer Appreciation Course of a minimum 6 weeks duration course from reputed Computer Training Institute).

Age : 18 to 28 Years

Job profile : (CRA) entails interaction with the commuters at Customer Care Centres (CCC) and looking after the affairs of Metro Stations including operation control centres in shift duty including night shift.

Selection Procedure : Comprise four-stage process – Written Test (two papers), Psycho Test & Personal Interview followed by Medical examination in A-1 category.

Standards of Medical Examination in DMRC (For Non Executive Post)

The candidate recommended for medical examination will have to pass medical fitness test(s) conducted by the DMRC Administration to ensure that the candidates are medically fit in all respects to carry out the duties connected with the post. Visual acquity standard is one of the important criteria of medical fitness of DMRC staff. Candidates are not eligible for any alternative appointment if they fail in the medical examination conducted by the DMRC before appointment; for any reason. The medical standard for different categories are outlined below:-

  • A-1
    Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards - Distance Vision: 6/6, 6/6 without glasses/contact lens. Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 without glasses/ contact lens (must clear fogging test). Colour Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision & Night Vision must be present.
  • A-2
    Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards - Distance Vision: 6/9, 6/9 without glasses/ contact lens. Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 without glasses/ contact lens. Colour Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision & Night Vision must be present.
  • A-3
    Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards - Distance Vision: 6/9, 6/9 with or without glasses. Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses. Colour Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision & Night Vision must be present.
  • B-1
    Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards - Distance Vision: 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses (power not to exceed ± 4D). Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses when reading or close work is required. Colour Vision, Binocular Vision & Night Vision must be present.
  • B-2
    Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards - Distance Vision: 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses (power not to exceed ± 4D). Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses when reading or close work is required. Colour Vision, Binocular Vision & Night Vision must be present.
  • C-1
    Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards - Distance Vision: 6/12, 6/18 with or without glasses. Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses when reading or close work is required.
  • C-2
    Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards - Distance Vision: 6/12, Nil with or without glasses. Near Vision: Sn: 0.6 combined with or without glasses when reading or close work is required.
